Matthew is our founder and CEO. He started Nibblish back in 2016 with his wife Melanie. When their daughter Imogen was born with a few allergies they got increasingly grumpy with all the colouring, chemicals and other nasty stuff in food. He’s done a few things in his time but now he’s devoted to making food that’s 100% amazing and available everywhere.
Meegan is our chief Number Cruncher, who likes nothing more than an immaculately presented, colour coded spreadsheet. Moving away from the big smoke in 2015, she brings some big biz knowledge to vitally apply to Nibblish and its growth phase. When she’s not making sure the debits match the credits, she and her hubby keep themselves busy by chasing around their very active toddler.
Payton is our social media guru. She handles all things digital, influencer campaigns, advertising, design and photography. If you’re part of our Nibblish tribe on socials, she’s the one replying to all your rave reviews! When she isn’t researching the latest social media trends, she’s watching a sunrise at the beach or trying out a new foodie spot.
Sharlene is our supply chain superstar. She has extensive background in sales and operations, and now the person who gets your snacks from A to P(antry). While she’s not tracking down snacks to be packed, she’s flipping the pages of a good book or watching school sports on the sideline.
Our dynamic team of sales representatives are dotted all around New Zealand, dedicated to ensuring you can find your favourite Nibblish snacks at all your local stores. The Sales Crew are committed to making sure our products are fully stocked, looking top notch on shelf, and new products ranged at every major supermarket across our beautiful country.
Maurice, Belinda and their team do the hard yards for us in the warehouse. Now we’re in over 1300 stores around Oceania, they make sure our snacks are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
